Barbeque beans served with a sprinkling of melted cheese on top, with rice.
Beans are a real superfood - full of protein and fibre. Mixed with the chicken in this lunch, you will feel full all afternoon, and you’ll be topped up with many of the vitamins and minerals you need!
Beans are seeds from plants in the pea family, called legumes, and include peas, lentils, and peanuts too. Beans grow inside pods, which are like little cases, and they can be black, white red, even speckled!
