Did you know that "Eating the Rainbow" is a great way to ensure that we live well and to an old age? This is because our "gut" is full of bugs that thrive on colourful fruit and vegetables - and these "good bugs" use all the goodness from these rainbow foods to make sure we are the fittest that we can be.
So our Salad bar is filled with veggies of every colour as well as dips like hummus and cream cheese with beetroot, and the great news is you can fill up with as much as you want!
A delicious cheese sandwich with wholemeal bread helps fill us up with the energy and protein we need to power through the afternoon!
