This warm, thick, and delicious bowl is packed with veggies, beans, and a special fruit called jackfruit that soaks up the rich sauce and feels just like slow-cooked meat, making it a brilliant way to eat your five-a-day and keep you feeling energetic.
This chilli also has a fun secret ingredient—a tiny bit of cocoa powder (the same stuff in chocolate!) which we add to make the chilli extra dark and rich, giving it a delicious, savory flavour that isn't sweet, just extra yummy!
